There’s lots of confusion for women about what is happening in their bodies from about 40 years of age.
With time, women are told to expect an extra five kilos and that their body is just going to start “getting older”.
But I want you to have a better understanding of what’s going on with your body.
You don’t have to let go of your fun life.

You see, symptoms, they are not a diagnosis of forever suffering!
No – they are signals! Something isn’t right. Your body is letting you know there is an underlying problem.

These are the four stages as we see
– peri-menopause
– menopause, and,
– post menopause.
Post menopause is a BIG FOCUS here because this is where women can be the most vulnerable.

We really want women to look at this “Second Puberty” differently.
Rather then seeing your body changes as a problem, we want to equip with you with the questions and knowledge to address WHY these symptoms are arriving.
